Domestic Heating Engineer (MVHR)

MVHR Heating Engineer- We are currently looking for a heating engineer to join a busy social housing contract in Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced engineer who can complete MVHR and MEV servicing on a 6-week contract, with the opportunity for this to be extended if successful. IMMEDIATE START Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day. Pay: £220 per day CIS The jobs are in Slough, Milton Keynes, Luton, St Albans and High Wycombe areas. Company vehicle & fuel card provided. Main Duties * Attend pre booked appointments to complete a service in domestic properties on MVHR systems. - Jobs are booked close together so not much, if any travelling during the day. * The service includes changing filters, obtaining airflows in each room, cleaning the diffusers, and cleaning the heat exchanger in the units. * Complete job report using app would with the relevant information obtained whilst on site. Requirements * Experience working on the servicing and maintenance of MVHR systems previously. * Social housing contract expereince (preferred) * Mechanical and/or Electrical City & Guilds NVQ qualifications.
