Location: South Wales (multi-site travel required) Hours: Part-time, 4 days per week Contract: Permanent Remit: Mainly new recruit medicals Summary: OH Medical is working in partnership with an in-house Occupational Health service to recruit a Registered Nurse. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Occupational Health team delivering health surveillance, screening, vaccinations, and health promotion services within a structured and supportive environment. The role focuses on preventative occupational health, wellbeing initiatives, and compliance with statutory health surveillance requirements. It would suit a nurse who enjoys autonomy, variety, and proactive health promotion work. Duties: * Deliver occupational health surveillance and screening in line with statutory requirements. * Administer vaccinations including Hepatitis B and annual flu programmes. * Undertake pre-employment health screening and medical assessments. * Carry out audiometry, spirometry, blood tests and exposure-related surveillance. * Support health promotion activities and wellbeing initiatives. * Provide advice and guidance on health and fitness for work matters. * Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure equipment is appropriately maintained. * Work collaboratively with the wider OH team to deliver a high-quality service. Criteria: * Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration. * Minimum 3 years post-registration experience. * Background in Occupational Health, Practice Nursing, Community Nursing, A&E or similar. * Experience with vaccinations and/or phlebotomy (or willingness to train). * Able to work autonomously with good clinical judgement. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * IT literate and confident with clinical record keeping. * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
