Director, Head of Facility Management – Europe We are conducting an executive search on behalf of a leading global corporate institution for a Director, Head of Facility Management (Europe). This appointment represents a key leadership role with responsibility for the strategic and operational oversight of a multi-country facilities portfolio across Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Madrid, and Paris. The role sits at senior management level and reports directly to the CHRO. The Opportunity The successful candidate will define and lead the European facility management strategy, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing workplace environments aligned with business, regulatory, and employee needs. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight, requiring close collaboration with regional stakeholders and international counterparts to drive standardisation, cost optimisation, and service excellence across locations.
