Interior Designer FF&E

Our client is a leading international design and engineering practice, delivering complete design packages from concept through to completion. They specialise in high-end residential and hospitality interiors across the UK and Middle East. The London office is their Interior Design and FF&E studio, working on prestigious, design-led residential schemes. They are currently looking for an experienced Interior Designer - FF&E to join this team. You will work across large-scale, luxury projects, taking responsibility for FF&E design, scheduling, sourcing and supplier coordination. Key Responsibilities are to: * Produce detailed FF&E schedules and specifications * Source, specify and manage suppliers and manufacturers * Assist with value engineering and cost control * Attend site visits and inspections * Prepare design schemes and presentations * Manage FF&E procurement and reporting throughout projects Skills & Experience Required: * 5+ years’ experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality interiors * Excellent organisational and time management skills * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe InDesign * Experience with FF&E software * Experience in technical drawing and bespoke furniture design * Strong understanding of international suppliers and procurement What’s On Offer: * £40,000 - £44,000 salary * Pension contribution * Private medical insurance * Potential to work from home on Fridays * The opportunity to work on international projects
