Commercial Plumber Needed

Job Advert: Commercial Plumber (Schools - Camden) Location: Camden, London Hours: 36 hours per week, 7am start Contract Type: Permanent Vehicle/Fuel Card Provided Daniel Owen are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our clients in team Camden, working across various school sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial plumbing, including experience working with large plant rooms and fault-finding on heating systems. This is a temp - perm position. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of school buildings. Troubleshooting and fault-finding on heating systems and other commercial plumbing systems. Working in large plant rooms and ensuring all plumbing systems are running efficiently. Ensuring all work meets industry regulations and health & safety standards. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber, ideally with exposure to large plant rooms and heating systems. Level 3 Plumbing/Mechanical qualification (preferred). Basic DBS check preferred (however, a DBS can be arranged for successful applicants). Excellent fault-finding skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Foot mobile or vehicle will be provided.
