Contract Aerospace Mechanical Design Engineer Outside OR Inside IR35 6-month Contract Duration Bristol Multiple Positions Available Contract Aerospace Mechanical Design Engineer Job Description Design and develop a range of mechanical high precision components Prepare scheme drawings, and detail manufacturing drawings for production Perform mechanical component development and integration Solve a variety of mechanical engineering issues and improve existing designs Utilise and use CAD packages to create designs Contract Aerospace Mechanical Design Engineer Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications Extensive experience designing mechanical components/systems within the aerospace industry Ability to read complex engineering drawings and specifications Accomplished using CAD/design software In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and geometric tolerances Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyse, and resolve complex design challenges.  Contract Aerospace Mechanical Design Engineer Additional Information Contract roles available Inside or Outside IR35 (status to be assessed prior to engagement) Initial 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension due to programme demand Multiple hires required to support a large-scale engineering workload If you feel you are suitable for this position, please click ‘apply
