Senior Finance Business Partner

Ascent Recruitment is pleased to exclusively partner with a leading manufacturing business in Newquay, searching for a Senior Finance Business Partner on a permanent contract. We’re seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support the Plant Lead, Supply Chain Director, and Finance Director. You’ll take full ownership of the manufacturing P&L, drive efficiencies through reporting and analysis, and support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives across manufacturing and operations. Key Responsibilities: * Own the manufacturing P&L and lead forecasts & budgets * Analyse plant performance and turn data into actionable improvements * Manage Bills of Material and support new product development * Oversee future cost processes to inform commercial decisions * Support Supply Chain Director with P&L, forecasts & budgets * Analyse supply chain performance and provide insights * Drive strategic initiatives * Support working capital management * Deliver ad-hoc finance projects as needed Skills & Experience: * ACA, ACCA, CIMA, qualified, PQ or QBE * Strong commercial acumen with manufacturing experience * SAP or MS Dynamics 365 experience is desirable * Continuous improvement mindset, highly organised, thrives under pressure Package: * Salary £70,000-£80,000 * £6,000 car allowance * Hybrid - Only 1-2 days in the office * 25 Days holiday, plus bank holidays If you are interested and have manufacturing experience apply now for a quick response
