Sales Administrator Saltney Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week £12.71 - £14.35 per hour (depending on skills and abilities) Temporary to Permanent The role of the Sales Administrator We are looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to support a busy engineering sales team. You will handle enquiries, process orders, and provide excellent customer service while helping to drive sales growth. Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator Handle and process sales enquiries for products Follow up on quotations and convert them into orders Build and maintain strong customer relationships Identify upsell and crossell opportunities Process customer orders and sales invoices Calculate carriage costs and coordinate dispatch Provide accurate product information to customers Skills & Requirements Proven sales ability with a results driven approach Confident communicator with strong closing skills Good numerical ability (products priced per metre) Professional telephone manner and customer focused attitude Self motivated and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to work effectively within a small team Benefits Competitive hourly rate Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends) Temporary to permanent opportunity Supportive working environment Additional skills and job titles: Sales Administrator - Sales Support - Customer Service - Order Processing To Apply This vacancy is advertised by Travail Employment Group who are acting as an Employment Business.
