Music Teacher

We are working with a fantastic, community‑focused primary school in NW6 who are looking for a passionate Music Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is an exciting part‑time, ongoing role, ideal for someone who brings energy, creativity, and a love for inspiring children through music. Location: NW6 (Inner London) Start Date: ASAP Role: Music Teacher Contract: Part-time, ongoing Days/Hours: Monday – Wednesday, 8:30am – 3:30pm Pay Scale: Inner London (Qualified Teachers) Key Responsibilities: * Deliver fun, engaging, and high‑quality music lessons across the primary age range * Teach practical music skills including singing, rhythm, and instrumental work * Plan and deliver creative lessons that build children’s confidence and musical knowledge * Support musical events, performances, and whole‑school assemblies * Work collaboratively with staff to enhance the school’s creative curriculum About You: * Qualified Teacher Status (or) a Music degree with full classroom teaching experience * Strong subject knowledge in primary music education * Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage pupils through practical, enjoyable lessons * Confident classroom management and strong communication skills * Available to work Monday–Wednesday, 8:30am–3:30pm Why Join Us? * Supportive leadership team and friendly staff community * A school that values music, creativity, and the arts * Excellent teaching facilities and resources * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact through music education * Ongoing, stable part‑time role
