Engineering Manager - Corby £70,000 + benefits I'm working with a well-established, high-performing manufacturing site in Corby who are looking to appoint an experienced Engineering Manager to take full ownership of site maintenance, reliability and engineering performance. This is a senior leadership role with real autonomy, responsible for the condition of all assets, driving safety, maximising uptime, and leading a multi-skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced production environment.
