SEMH & Behaviour Support - Gainsborough and Surrounding Areas We’re recruiting SEMH and behaviour support staff to work 1-1 with pupils in mainstream schools and alternative provision settings across Gainsborough and the surrounding areas. These roles focus on supporting pupils who may struggle with behaviour, emotional regulation, trauma, or engagement with learning. You’ll be providing consistent, calm support to help pupils stay safe, build trust, and access education in a way that works for them. This is a hands-on role suited to someone resilient, patient, and confident working with children who need clear boundaries and steady adult support. The role * Working 1-1 with pupils who present behavioural or emotional needs * Supporting emotional regulation, engagement, and positive behaviour * Helping pupils remain in class or access learning in alternative settings * Following behaviour plans and working closely with teaching staff and SEN teams * Supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom where needed Who we’re looking for * Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or behavioural needs (essential) * Experience in schools, alternative provision, youth work, care, or similar settings * A calm, firm, and consistent approach * An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Pay £13.69 to £15.75 per hour, depending on setting and experience Why work with Right Education?
