Offering * Modern office in central Epsom, close to the station * Hybrid working model * Competitive salary with discretionary bonus (up to 10%) * 6-month pay and progression reviews * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Early Friday finish * Smart-casual working environment * Supportive culture with real career development * Quarterly team socials paid for by the company What You’ll Be Doing * Preparing year-end accounts for a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, with senior review * Assisting with corporation tax computations and personal tax returns * Supporting the preparation of management accounts, forecasts, and reporting packs * Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records using cloud-based accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, KashFlow) * Preparing and reviewing VAT returns * Responding to client queries and supporting meetings alongside senior colleagues * Working with partners and managers on ad-hoc advisory work and business planning projects * Using cloud accounting tools to support clients and improve processes About You * Newly qualified or recently qualified ACA or ACCA * Trained within a UK accountancy practice * Keen to develop strong commercial awareness and client-facing confidence * Comfortable working with cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, KashFlow preferred) * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines * Confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook * A positive, proactive team player eager to learn and progress Career Progression This role is ideal for someone who wants to build towards a Senior Accountant or Manager position, with clear exposure to clients, advisory work, and leadership responsibilities over time
