Benefits include: * Working hours 8:00–4:30, with flexibility to work until 5:00 and finish 2 hours early on Fridays * 20 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown * Pension (3% employer / 5% employee) * Death in Service (2x salary) * Private medical cover * Bonus scheme * Genuine progression into an Estimator role * Full training and ongoing support The Role – Trainee Estimator Working closely with the Managing Estimator, you will support on a variety of projects ranging from £500k to £3m for major UK main contractors. As part of your training, you will assist with Bills of Quantities, measurements and take‑offs, analyse drawings and tender documents, and help prepare pricing information. You will gather supplier quotes, maintain accurate project data, work within Excel spreadsheets and contribute to tender submissions. Over time, you will develop a strong understanding of brickwork, blockwork, masonry methods, cost analysis and commercial procedures, with structured training provided to help you progress into a full Estimator role.
