HR Officer

As HR Officer you will play a key role in shaping a positive, high‑performing workplace. We're looking for an enthusiastic and professional HR Officer to support and deliver a wide range of human resources activities. Key Responsibilities As HR Officer, you will: Manage the full recruitment and selection process Coordinate onboarding and induction for new starters Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases Prepare and update employee contracts and documentation Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinaries Assist with performance management and talent development initiatives Provide payroll inputs and support compensation and benefits administration Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies Prepare HR reports and contribute to internal and external audits Help promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2-4 years' experience in a generalist HR role Strong understanding of HR best practices Competency using MS Office and HR information systems Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities Highly organised with great time‑management skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
