BMS Project Manager (Data Centre Project) This is an opportunity to join a highly experienced and collaborative project delivery team working on large, complex construction projects, primarily within the data centre and critical infrastructure sector. You'll play a key role in the delivery of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Power Management Systems (PMS), ensuring these systems are fully integrated into the wider construction programme and delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Belgium - Data Centre Project Salary up to €150,000 Annual Leave: 25 days Maternity Leave: 15 weeks fully paid Paternity Leave: 4 weeks fully paid Pension: 9.0% employer contribution Meal Vouchers - €8 per working dayRelocation & Expat Benefits (Belgium) Flights 4 weeks temporary accommodation 2 weeks car hire Relocation allowance Home search and settling-in support Tax-free allowance in line with Belgian government legislation (subject to eligibility) Key Responsibilities: Support overall programme delivery, working closely with the Project Manager to manage schedules and interfaces Lead the BMS / PMS construction package from installation through commissioning and handover Coordinate with MEP teams, automation specialists, commissioning engineers, and subcontractors Manage procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS and PMS systems Track costs, variations, and on-site progress, addressing issues related to quality or design quickly Lead subcontractor and vendor meetings, resolving technical and delivery challenges Ensure all documentation, testing, and commissioning reports are completed for final handover Desired Experience Proven experience delivering complex construction projects, ideally within data centres, industrial, or high-tech environments Strong technical understanding of BMS, PMS, and critical systems Experience managing specialist subcontractors and technology vendors Background in Construction Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (degree or equivalent experience) Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing programmes, costs, quality, and commissioning activities Able to build strong working relationships across clients, consultants, and project teams INDEU
