Interiors & Fit-Out Division We are currently recruiting for the group’s dedicated interiors, fit-out and refurbishment division, which operates as a specialist delivery arm within the wider business. The division focuses on delivering high-quality interior environments across commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional sectors. The interiors business typically delivers projects ranging in value from £1m to £50m and benefits from long-standing relationships across both public and private sector clients, ensuring a strong and consistent pipeline of work. Core Areas of Expertise Commercial interior fit-out (CAT A & CAT B) Retail projects, including bespoke and roll-out schemes Hospitality and hotel fit-out Education Healthcare Public sector projects and framework agreements Operating Model The interiors division operates flexibly and can deliver projects: As part of full turnkey schemes alongside the group’s main contracting business, and As a standalone interior specialist, working directly with end clients. This operating model provides a balance of pipeline security, business stability, and specialist interior delivery focus, while allowing teams exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects. Current Opportunity – Project Manager The business is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a hospitality / hotel fit-out project located in the Croydon area. Key Project Details: Sector: Hospitality / Hotel Fit-Out Project Value: £10m Start Date: February 2026 Location: Croydon Working Pattern: Site-based 2–3 days per week London office for the remaining days Salary: Up to £87,000 + Package Project Manager Responsibilities Overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion Managing and leading 3 Construction Managers and the wider site management team Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal commercial teams Driving programme certainty, quality control, and design coordination Maintaining strong governance around reporting, risk management, and commercial performance Key Strengths of the Business Financial Stability & Support The interiors division is backed by a financially robust parent group with a strong balance sheet, providing confidence in resourcing, programme delivery, and long-term career security.
