The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join our Dublin-based team. This is a hands-on role focused on the maintenance, service, and repair of a wide range of HVAC systems across client sites. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance and repair of HVAC plant including Single Split systems, VRV/VRF systems, Chillers, Air Handling Units, and Supply & Extract Fans Fault finding across all aspects of HVAC plant Reactive call-outs and completion of unscheduled works Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes Updating and managing jobs through the company CMMS system Working independently and as part of a wider engineering team Experience with boilers and boiler house plant is an advantage but not essential Skills & Requirements Time-served Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer Minimum FETAC Level 6 qualification with valid F-Gas certification At least 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience in HVAC service and repair Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Familiarity with BMS systems Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Full, clean driving licence What's on Offer Competitive salary up to €55,000 DOE Support for ongoing training and professional development CPD opportunities with a pathway toward chartered status Performance-related incentives A supportive, collaborative work environment Strong focus on work-life balance and long-term career progression
