Interiors & Fit-Out Capability The business specialises in CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-outs, refurbishments and reconfigurations, often delivered within live or occupied environments. A strong pre-construction and delivery function allows for early contractor involvement and well-informed design development. Projects are typically delivered across London and the South East, with values ranging from £1m to £50m. Role: Site Manager - £60,000 - £75,000 + Package Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers to maintain productivity and sequencing of works. Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections. Monitor progress against the construction programme, resolving site issues and reporting progress to senior management. Maintain high standards of workmanship through quality control checks and snagging management. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery
