Role: Site Manager - £60,000 - £75,000 + Package Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers to maintain productivity and sequencing of works. Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections. Monitor progress against the construction programme, resolving site issues and reporting progress to senior management. Maintain high standards of workmanship through quality control checks and snagging management. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery
