Senior Quantity surveyor

Solution are working in partnership with this highly respected , well established and modern Tier 2 Civil Engineering contractor who looking to secure the service of a talented , ambitious and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the robust commercial management on a newly secured historical project near blackfriairs. This project is apart of a large-scale masterplan to regenerate the post-war buildings and underutilized area next to Blackfriars Station,transforming the existing unattractive buildings and hard infrastructure into a lively, accessible, and attractive City quarter with high-quality public spaces and enhanced riverfront. Owing to their success our client is looking for a talented Civil engineering Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC experience and heavy infrastructure with a diverse project portfolio which includes Rail clients. This is a permanent role which offers Hybrid working with 3 days office/ site and 2 days home Interested candidates will be well trained and very hands on ideally qualified to Bsc(hons) level (QS)b demonstrating a impressive career history to date.
