Project Director / Project Manager PMC

Our client is a leading multidiscipline Engineering & Design Consulting Company and Engineering Support Service provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, established for over 45 years, involved extensively with various projects including construction & infrastructure, power & water, oil & gas, petrochemical and industrial. They are seeking to strengthen its footprint in Saudi Arabia to support Vision 2030 programs, giga and mega development programs and this role is critical to the firm’s long-term growth, across infrastructure, power, industrial and urban development sectors. They are seeking to recruit a PMC DIRECTOR (Project Management Consultancy) to lead and be responsible for defining delivery standards, governance frameworks, and scalable operating models suitable for national programs. The role requires a strong PMC leader with direct accountability for business origination, bidding, commercial strategy, team build-up, and end-to-end delivery of large-scale EPCM/PMC assignments. Reporting Line to Managing Director/Board. Role: Senior Leadership/Business Vertical Head. OBJECTIVE: To build a nationally credible PMC platform by securing major PMC/EPCM mandates, establishing delivery excellence, and developing high-performing teams and systems that support consistent, profitable execution across multiple sectors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Business Origination & Commercial Leadership * PMC Delivery & Governance * Team & Platform Development * Stakeholder & Market Engagement Ideal Candidate Background & Qualifications:- · Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline). · 18–25+ years of experience in project management, PMC, EPCM, or program leadership roles. · Strong background in international engineering consultancies, PMC firms, or EPCM contractors. · Proven leadership of large-scale PMC or EPCM programs (multi-billion SAR preferred). · Demonstrated success in bid leadership, pricing, mobilization, and delivery of PMC assignments. · Direct exposure to Saudi or GCC mega and giga projects across power, infrastructure, industrial, urban, entertainment, sports, or mixed-use developments.
