Telemarketer – Temporary to Permanent £13.00 per hour | Hybrid Working | Early Finish Fridays Midas Recruitment is partnering with a well-established telemarketing company that works with some of the UK’s most recognisable household brands. Due to continued demand, we are recruiting five confident Telemarketers to join their high-performing team from late January. This is a 12-week temporary role with a strong opportunity to become permanent, offering structured training, hybrid working, and performance incentives. The Benefits * Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (early finish on Fridays) * Pay rate: £13.00 per hour * Contract: Temporary to permanent opportunity * Hybrid working available following training * Dedicated onboarding and ongoing telemarketing training * Free snacks and drinks in the office * Regular team events and social activities * Bonus scheme and entry into incentive prize draws Telemarketer Responsibilities * Deliver against key telemarketing campaign objectives and sales targets * Make outbound sales calls and follow-up emails to generate interest and qualify leads * Engage with decision-makers to understand business needs and identify opportunities * Build and maintain strong relationships to support lead generation and brand awareness * Accurately record all outbound activity on the CRM system * Monitor performance and provide regular campaign updates to the Team Leader * Conduct market research to support campaign development * Work closely with internal teams to provide feedback and highlight campaign insights Telemarketer Skills & Experience * Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, outbound sales, or a call centre environment * Confident telephone manner with excellent communication and rapport-building skills * Target-driven, motivated by KPIs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Strong organisational and time management skills * IT-literate with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Positive, enthusiastic, and professional with a strong team-focused mindset About the Role This role is ideal for candidates with experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, lead generation, telesales, or contact centre roles who are looking for a temporary to permanent opportunity with flexibility, training, and progression
