Site Agent – Construction (Permanent) Location: Manchester Airport Salary: Competitive + package Contract: Permanent, Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major construction programme at Manchester Airport on a permanent basis. This is a high-profile, long-term role working within a live airport environment, delivering complex civil and infrastructure works to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of site operations and subcontractors Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders Maintaining compliance with health & safety, quality, and airport regulations Reviewing RAMS, permits, and method statements Monitoring progress, reporting on performance, and resolving site issues Liaising with the client and airport authorities as required Requirements Proven experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor in construction or civils Experience working on complex or regulated environments (airport, rail, highways, utilities preferred) Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management procedures SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid (desirable) Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a live operational environment
