Site Manager

Astute's Power team is partnering with a city-scale, low-carbon heat networks operating across the UK to recruit a Site Manager on a 9-month contract for its Bradford location. The Site Manager comes with a rate of between £350-£400 per day. Key skills Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards for DHN construction, including conducting thorough site inspections. Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings Review RAMS, method statements, and construction phase plans Monitor programme progress and manage critical path activities by identifying and mitigating risk associated with the project timeline and budget, Supervise subcontractors and address potential operational issues efficiently Coordinate with utility providers, local authorities, and third-party contractors.
