Quality Assurance Engineer

Quality Assurance Engineer Location: Birmingham Salary: Up to £45,000 Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07.30 to 16.30/ Friday, 07.30 to 12.30 Benefits: 33 days annual leave, enhanced pension, free car parking, early Friday finish, company events, great canteen facilities, annual bonus. Groomfield Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Birmingham. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to support quality standards and continuous improvement across production operations. The Role * Inspect and test products against specifications and quality standards * Monitor production processes using SOPs and implement corrective actions * Maintain quality documentation including inspection procedures and test plans * Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions * Work closely with production, engineering and maintenance teams * Train team members on quality processes and standards Requirements: * Proficiency in CAD software * Strong knowledge of metals, machining processes and tooling * Good understanding of GD&T and drawing control * Experience producing technical documentation * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and teamwork skills If you feel you are the right candidate for this role, Apply Now
