Maintenance Manager

Maintenance & Warehouse Manager London £40,000 - £48,000 (depending on experience) We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a fast-growing network across London and surrounding areas. You will manage a team of engineers and a central warehouse, ensuring high availability, safety, and cost-effective operations. The role You will be accountable for: * Leading and scheduling a team of field technicians and warehouse staff * Managing preventive and corrective maintenance programmes * Overseeing commissioning of new charge points * Running the warehouse, stock and spare parts * Ensuring full HSE and regulatory compliance * Managing suppliers, logistics and performance KPIs * Controlling budgets and operational costs What we’re looking for * 3+ years’ experience in maintenance and warehouse management (ideally EV charging, electrical, or hardware infrastructure) * Experience managing field teams and rotas * Knowledge of stock control, logistics and shipping * Confident with MS Excel, PowerPoint and reporting dashboards * Highly organised, analytical and able to work with multiple stakeholders Why is this role for you? * Work at the heart of a fast-growing, future focused industry * Lead a critical operation supporting thousands of customers * Long-term career opportunity within a major international utilities business Get in touch with VIQU Energy for a private discussion about this role.
