Civil Engineer

CIVIL ENGINEER Bristol Salary £32,000 to £42,000 Looking to step up, take real responsibility, and see your designs built, not just drawn. This is an opportunity for a Civil Engineer to join a growing development infrastructure team and work across highways, drainage and SuDS on residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes from early feasibility through to detailed design and technical approval. You will join a collaborative consultancy environment where Civil Engineers are encouraged to take ownership, develop client relationships and progress quickly, with clear support toward chartership and long-term career growth. The role will involve * Highways and drainage design for development schemes * S38, S278 and S104 technical approvals * SuDS and Flood Risk inputs alongside senior engineers * 3D modelling, cut and fill and earthworks design * Preparation of drawings, calculations and technical reports * Liaison with local authorities, statutory bodies and clients * Supporting and mentoring junior team members You will ideally have * A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent * Around 2 to 4 years UK consultancy experience * Exposure to highways and drainage design for development * AutoCAD and ideally Civil 3D or similar * A proactive, organised and career driven mindset * A desire to progress toward chartership and leadership Why apply * Salary £32,000 to £42,000 * Clear progression toward Senior level * Varied development-led projects * Supportive, professional team culture * Strong training and chartership support Eligibility to Apply Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
