About the Role This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to design and sell kitchens in a showroom environment, managing projects from initial consultation through to final design and sale. You will play a key role in driving showroom performance while delivering tailored kitchen solutions that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Design and present kitchens using CAD software (ideally Winner, though other software will be considered) Manage the full customer journey from initial consultation to design completion Provide expert advice on layouts, products, and finishes Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process Achieve and exceed individual sales targets Manage multiple design projects simultaneously Requirements / Skills: Previous experience as a Kitchen Designer (essential) Experience using Winner CAD preferred (other software considered) Strong sales ability with a consultative, customer-focused approach Excellent communication and presentation skills Confident, professional, and personable manner Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively What’s on Offer: Competitive salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + uncapped commission Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Strong earning potential with uncapped commission Excellent opportunity to join a business with high lead volume and showroom footfall Supportive, professional, and design-led environment Chance to work with an award-winning KBB business How to Apply This position is being handled by KBB Recruitment .
