BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR Role Purpose To manage all internal sales and business development activity, supporting branch growth and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone and email. * Identify and develop new business opportunities, including dormant accounts. * Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and orders accurately and promptly. * Chase quotes, orders, and purchase orders to drive sales conversion. * Maintain accurate records within the CRM system, including notes, files, and job documentation. * Work closely with Area Sales Managers and follow company sales strategies. * Provide general sales administration and support as required by the Branch Manager. Skills & Experience * Proven sales experience with a strong customer-focused approach. * Excellent communication and telephone skills. * Organised, proactive, and able to work well under pressure. * Capable of working independently and as part of a team. MUST HAVE PROVEN HISTORY OF COLD CALLING AS THIS ROLE IS PREDOMINANTLY NEW BUSINESS DRIVEN Salary & Benefits * £26,000-£28,500 * Working Hours 8-5PM * Individual Bonus Scheme
