Job Title: Quality Coordinator (Part-Time) Location: Kettering, NN16 8PX Salary: Up to £12.80 per hour Hours: 20 hours per week About the Company Join a leading manufacturer of laboratory machinery, devices, and consumables used by a global customer base. We pride ourselves on high-quality products, rigorous standards, and continuous improvement. The Role We are looking for a Part-Time Quality Coordinator to join our Test Equipment department. You will play a key role in maintaining and monitoring quality standards, supporting compliance, and driving continuous improvement across production and operations. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout production and operations. Maintain in-house calibration documentation, processes, and equipment. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Develop and update quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions. Investigate and resolve quality issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with production, design, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure consistent quality practices. Support the implementation of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17025) through documentation, training, and process improvements. Coordinate customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution. Track and report quality metrics, identifying trends and suggesting improvements. Assist in staff training on quality procedures and best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform related administrative tasks.
