Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Location: DN38 An established manufacturing site in the DN38 area is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support the electrical maintenance function on site. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for a strong electrical engineer looking to step into, or continue in, a leadership position within a stable industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the electrical maintenance team on a day-to-day basis Ensure planned and reactive electrical maintenance is carried out safely and efficiently Lead fault-finding and breakdown response on electrical systems Support continuous improvement initiatives and site reliability Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures Act as a technical escalation point for complex electrical issues Hours of Work: 7:00am - 4:00pm 1 hour unpaid lunch break On-Call: On-call rota with payment of £200 per month On-call duties to commence once fully site-trained (typically after probation) Salary: £46,000 - £52,000 per annum Dependent on qualifications and experience Candidate Requirements: Strong electrical maintenance background within an industrial or manufacturing environment Recognised electrical qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Proactive, safety-focused, and able to lead by example This role offers a competitive salary, stable working hours, and the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving a well-established site
