Contract Administrator/Document Controller


Position: Contract Coordinator/Document controller Location: Leeds Client: My client has become a leading specialist in the building envelope, in particular roofing/building. They have a full order book and are expanding around the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a Contract Coordinator to work alongside the Director & Supporting contract team Skills & Responsibilities: * Supporting the Director and contract team in day to day duties * Preparing documentation * Completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for clients * Updating of Accreditation information on client portals * Issuing Method Statements & Risk Assessment to site * Maintaining training records, toolbox talks and Health and Safety Information. * Leasing with client pre commencement to site * Liaising with site contacts to ensure they are ready for our installers. * Maintenance of Quality systems. * Using in house systems to complete jobs & getting paperwork ready for invoicing. * General Office Duties Experience * Experience within construction. * Multi skilled in all Microsoft office products * Full clean driving licence * Good general computer skills * Professional attitude and ability to operate without supervision
