Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Liverpool city centre Salary: £55,000-£60,000 basic salary + excellent benefits package Note: IT/Finance/Marketing backgrounds will NOT be considered for this role. Given it is a lead PM opportunity it is essential you have experience as a Consultancy Project Manager with experience in managing team resource and projects in the built environment (a real estate or construction consultancy managing JCT or NEC contracts). The Opportunity This role is ideal for a Project Manager seeking to advance their career whilst managing a diverse range of high profile portfolio of projects, offering genuine scope for progression. You’ll have the autonomy to lead and deliver projects across all stages, across multiple sectors such as; urban redevelopment, healthcare, education, and defence. With proven construction project management experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of key projects, nurture existing client relationships, and support the development of new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Lead and deliver projects independently across all stages, supported by a multidisciplinary team • Build, manage, and strengthen client relationships, fostering a culture of trust, quality, and growth • Manage professional teams and demonstrate strong construction project management capability • Advise on and oversee the appointment of consultants and specialist partners • Act as the primary point of contact from project inception through to completion and close out • Contribute to raising the organisation’s profile within the construction industry through service excellence and networking Skills & Experience • Ideally chartered (RICS, APM, or CIOB), though not essential • Degree in a construction related discipline preferred • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including in depth experience with MS Project • Excellent communication and problem solving abilities • Confident in delivering presentations and leading client facing meetings • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing change in a fast moving environment Hit ‘Apply Now’ to send your CV or feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any queries/ seeking some advice on your next career move in project management within the built environment
