Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Liverpool city centre Salary: £55,000-£60,000 basic salary + excellent benefits package Note: IT/Finance/Marketing backgrounds will NOT be considered for this role. Given it is a lead PM opportunity it is essential you have experience as a Consultancy Project Manager with experience in managing team resource and projects in the built environment (a real estate or construction consultancy managing JCT or NEC contracts). With proven construction project management experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of key projects, nurture existing client relationships, and support the development of new business opportunities.
