Building Services Supervisor – Commercial Buildings Salary: £50,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday Sector: Building Services / Commercial Properties The Role An experienced Building Services Supervisor is required to oversee engineering operations across commercial buildings. This role combines hands-on technical knowledge with leadership and coordination responsibilities. Key Responsibilities * Supervising on-site engineers and subcontractors * Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance activities * Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements * Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders * Supporting performance, training, and development of engineers Requirements * Strong background in building services engineering * Previous supervisory or leadership experience * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Knowledge of commercial building compliance and maintenance What’s on Offer * £50,000 salary * Monday–Friday role * Senior position within a professional facilities operation * Opportunity to influence service delivery and team performance
