What We’re Looking For This role suits a Mechanical Project Manager who is looking for stability, responsibility and longer‑term progression. * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager * Background in healthcare, public‑sector or complex buildings * Experience delivering works in live environments * Exposure to low‑carbon plant, energy upgrades or plant replacement * Strong stakeholder and site‑based leadership skills * Solid understanding of mechanical building services * SMSTS (or equivalent) * Full UK driving licence Why This Role Stands Out * £10m flagship hospital decarbonisation project * Programme secured through to March 2027 * Long‑term position within a London delivery team * Meaningful work with real environmental benefit * High level of trust, autonomy and responsibility
