Air Conditioning Engineer – Commercial Buildings Salary: £45,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday Sector: Building Services / Commercial Properties The Role An experienced Air Conditioning Engineer is required to maintain and service AC systems across commercial buildings. This is a full-time, weekday role offering excellent earning potential and long-term stability. Key Responsibilities * Planned and reactive maintenance of AC systems (splits, VRV/VRF, FCUs) * Fault finding and repairs on commercial HVAC systems * Completing service reports and compliance documentation * Working to SLA and health & safety standards Requirements * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning or equivalent * F-Gas certification (essential) * Experience within commercial building services * Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills What’s on Offer * £45,000 salary * Monday–Friday role (no shifts) * Ongoing training and development * Secure position within a growing building services team
