Fabric Engineer – Commercial Buildings Salary: £36,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday Sector: Building Services / Commercial Properties The Role We are seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings. This is a stable, Monday–Friday position with no shift work, ideal for someone with strong all-round building fabric experience. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out general building fabric maintenance and repairs * Basic carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, and minor plumbing works * Door, lock, ceiling, and flooring repairs * Supporting other engineering disciplines on-site as required * Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard Requirements * Proven experience in a fabric or maintenance role within commercial buildings * Strong multi-trade skills * Good understanding of health & safety * Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused What’s on Offer * £36,000 salary * Monday–Friday working pattern * Stable role within commercial building services * Opportunity to work within a professional facilities team
