BIM Coordinator (M&E) - Contract Central London £300.00 per day (Inside IR35) Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with a strong M&E background to join their busy project team on an ongoing contract based in Central London. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate BIM models for MEP services across live projects Manage and federate models using Revit and Navisworks Clash detection and issue resolution with design and site teams Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements are met Liaise closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholdersRequirements: Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, ideally within M&E Strong Revit MEP and Navisworks experience Good understanding of BIM Level 2 standards Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced office environment Available to work in the office five days per weekLong term, ongoing contract within a central London location and immediate start.
