The role leads major transformation programmes that reshape services, technology, data and ways of working across a large, complex organisation. It combines strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery leadership, guiding teams, stakeholders and governance to ensure end‑to‑end change lands effectively. Client Details A major organisation in the housing sector is partway through a multi‑year transformation aimed at simplifying its operating model, modernising technology and developing its' people to deliver more effective services to its residents. Description Plan and manage technology programmes from initiation to completion. Ensure projects align with organisational goals and objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements. Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful programme delivery. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively. Prepare and present programme updates to key stakeholders. Lead and guide project teams to achieve desired outcomes.Profile A successful Programme Manager should have: A solid background in programme and project management within the technology field. Strong experience in managing multiple stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in utilising project management tools and methodologies. Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines efficiently. Knowledge of the Not For Profit sector or a strong willingness to learn about it. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide teams. A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving organisational goals.Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £62,000 to £70,000 per annum.
