Export Coordinator (6‑Month Temp) - World‑Leading FMCG Consumer Manufacturer Are you experienced in export operations or ocean freight, confident with documentation, and great with customers? We're hiring an Export Coordinator to join a high‑performing supply chain team within a global FMCG leader. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast‑paced logistics work, owns their processes, and communicates with clarity and confidence. 🔸 What you'll be doing Managing export bookings across the UK & EU Creating accurate export shipping documentation Tracking & tracing global shipments Liaising with carriers, load sites & internal teams Ensuring full compliance and complete auditable files Handling customer queries with a proactive, solutions‑driven approach Keeping data accurate across systems (Transwide, SAP preferred) What we're looking for 1-2 years' experience in export, freight forwarding, or ocean logistics Strong understanding of ocean documentation & Incoterms Experience with ETMS, eDoc, Expo and/or SAP (advantage) Confident communicator, organised, and detail‑focused Fluent English & strong MS Office skills What's on offer 6‑month contract with a leading global FMCG brand £15 per hour On‑the‑job training and development Supportive team environment with genuine learning opportunities Inventum Group is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
