This role suits someone who is organised, approachable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced care environment. Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided. Key Duties: * Provide administrative support to management and care teams * Answer calls and emails and handle enquiries professionally * Organise meetings, training, and appointments (Outlook) * Maintain accurate records and filing systems * Support compliance processes (training, DBS, audits) * Data entry, basic reporting, and clerical tasks * Assist with invoices, petty cash, and expenses * Deliver friendly customer service to staff and visitors About You: * Previous administration experience * Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong communication and organisational skills * Accurate, reliable, and professional * Interest in Health & Social Care
