REVIT Technician

REVIT Technician An established building services consultancy is seeking a Revit Technician to support the delivery of coordinated BIM models and high-quality technical drawings across a range of projects. You’ll play a key role in producing and coordinating 3D BIM models, working closely with engineers and the wider design team to ensure accurate, compliant project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Produce Revit and AutoCAD building services drawings and models * Develop coordinated 3D BIM models in line with current design practices * Set up and maintain BIM projects, including linking architectural and structural models * Establish and maintain Revit standards and QA procedures * Ensure all work complies with CAD standards and quality processes * Carry out clash detection and resolution using Navisworks * Coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing services within BIM models * Work closely with engineers and design team members to support project coordination * Deliver accurate, high-quality project outputs to agreed deadlines Skills & Experience * Proven experience as a Revit Technician, ideally within building services or a consultancy environment * Strong working knowledge of Revit * Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination * Understanding of BIM standards, QA processes and coordinated design * Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team Salary & Benefits * Annual bonus, reviewed annually based on company and individual performance * 25 days annual leave, increasing up to 28 days with service (plus bank holidays) * Additional leave allocated between Christmas and New Year * Pension scheme in line with auto-enrolment * 4x salary life cover * Income protection (60% salary after qualifying period) * Private healthcare, with the option to add family members Working Hours & Flexibility * Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch) * Some flexibility to work from home, depending on project and team requirements * Additional hours may be required during peak project periods If you feel like this is you, then waste no time and hit apply
