Cruise Consultant

Passionate about cruises and delivering amazing service? Already have experience using a GDS and want to work from home? We’re looking for an experienced cruise consultant to join a busy call centre, helping customers and travel agents book unforgettable cruise experiences around the world while providing expert advice! Working 5 days – Mon-Fri 9am–6pm, Saturdays 9am–5pm, and no Sundays. As a cruise consultant you will: ·        Handle inbound and outbound calls, managing new cruise bookings and online  enquiries. ·        Upsell cruise extras including flights, pre- and post-cruise accommodation, transfers, shore excursions, onboard upgrades, and more. ·        Use a GDS and cruise booking systems to manage complex itineraries and make accurate booking amendments. ·        Deliver excellent customer service on every call and support customers throughout their cruise journey. ·        Work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to team targets and earning your own commission. As a cruise consultant you will have: ·        Experience using a GDS (Amadeus or Galileo). ·        Cruise or travel industry sales experience selling some cruises. ·        Strong customer service and communication skills. ·        Good knowledge of worldwide cruise destinations, ships, and onboard experiences. ·        A sales-focused mindset and ability to build rapport quickly.
