Ks2 Teacher

Job Title: KS2 Primary Teacher (Year 5) Location: Doncaster, DN5 Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday Start Date: ASAP Provide Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Primary Teacher (Year 5) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Doncaster (DN5). This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible for an initial 6-week period. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, ensuring pupils make excellent progress in a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. The successful candidate will have: * Relevant qualifications (Degree with QTS or equivalent) * Experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 5 * Strong classroom and behaviour management skills * Creativity and the ability to make learning engaging and fun * Confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive approach to teaching * A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Key responsibilities: * Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum * Create a supportive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment * Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress * Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils * Maintain positive behaviour and high expectations * Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals We offer: * A welcoming and supportive school community * Well-behaved, motivated pupils * Ongoing support from school leadership and Provide Education consultants * Opportunities for professional development * The chance to make a meaningful impact during a key stage of learning Please note: An enhanced DBS check is required, and original qualification certificates must be seen prior to placement
