SR2 is seeking an experienced User Researcher to join a major public sector digital programme. The role involves supporting multiple user research workstreams that underpin critical service transformation. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centred, accessible digital services that align with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards. Key Requirements Proven experience in user research within public sector or similarly complex environments. Ability to plan, conduct and analyse a range of research activities to understand user needs. Confidence in working collaboratively with designers, developers, policy and delivery teams. Strong understanding of GDS principles and agile service design.
