Heavy Plant Engineer – Heavy Plant Location: Northwest England The Molson Group is seeking an experienced Heavy Plant Engineer with a strong background in heavy plant and construction equipment to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional to provide on-site maintenance, repairs, and support across a wide range of machinery. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine maintenance, breakdown repairs, and warranty work on plant and construction machinery. Perform damage repairs and site visits across various locations in the country. Accurately document all work completed and repairs required using the engineer iPad. Ensure 100% recovery of machinery under your care. Additional Responsibilities: Maintain and care for company vehicle, reporting any defects promptly. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Adhere to company health and safety standards. Requirements: Proven experience in the plant industry. NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent. CSCS card holder preferred. Proficient in diagnostic tools and computer-based engine diagnostics. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and conscientious approach to work. Dealer experience preferred, but not essential.
