Aftersales Manager The Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Aftersales Manager to lead and develop the Service, Parts and Workshop functions within a busy automotive operation. This role is responsible for driving performance, profitability and customer satisfaction while ensuring full compliance with manufacturer and company standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day operation of Service, Parts and Workshop departments * Drive aftersales revenue, profitability and departmental KPIs * Lead, motivate and develop Aftersales teams, including Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts staff * Ensure outstanding customer experience and high CSI scores * Maintain full compliance with manufacturer standards, health & safety and audit requirements * Control departmental budgets, labour sales and parts margins * Monitor productivity, efficiency and workshop utilisation * Handle escalated customer issues and complaints professionally * Work closely with the General Manager / Dealer Principal to implement business strategies The Ideal Candidate * Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or strong Service Manager ready to step up * Strong commercial awareness and KPI management experience * Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills * In-depth understanding of service, parts and workshop operations * Confident managing performance, processes and compliance * Experience working in a franchised dealership environment (preferred) * Full UK driving licence What’s On Offer * Competitive basic salary with attractive bonus structure * Company car or car allowance * Manufacturer training and ongoing development * Clear progression opportunities within a growing dealer group * Pension scheme and additional company benefits * Supportive and professional working environment
