CSA Manager - Data Centre - Dublin

An international construction contractor is seeking an experienced CSA Manager to lead the delivery of civil, structural, and architectural works on a large-scale data centre project in Dublin. This is a senior site-based role within a fast-moving, technically demanding project environment. Key Duties * Leading the execution of CSA works from groundworks through to architectural completion * Managing and coordinating CSA subcontractors and site teams * Driving programme adherence through short-term planning and sequencing * Ensuring works are delivered in line with design, specifications, and quality requirements * Managing interfaces between CSA and MEP disciplines to support overall project delivery * Overseeing inspections, quality checks, and resolution of site issues * Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance * Supporting logistics planning, access control, and phased handover activities * Reporting progress, risks, and constraints to the wider project leadership team What we're after * Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline * Proven experience managing CSA works on large commercial, industrial, or data centre projects * Strong understanding of concrete structures, building envelopes, and architectural finishes * Experience working within a main contractor environment * Strong leadership and coordination skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-discipline site environment * Previous experience in Ireland or on mission-critical projects is advantageous Package * Up to €120,000 Basic * Accommodation, Car Allowance, Bonus & Medical
