Quantity Surveyor

About the Role: We are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to work within our busy engineering depertment in Manchester. Key responsibilities include: * Producing monthly accounting, costing, contract, management, and financial information * Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on bills of quantities, specifications, and contractual implications of ongoing and new projects * Liaising with clients regarding costs, variations, and minor works opportunities * Supporting the Contracts Manager with tender enquiries, responses, and determining the company’s charging structures About You: * Proven Senior Quantity Surveyor experience (rail experience is a bonus, but we welcome candidates from civils, highways, utilities, or wider construction backgrounds) * Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying / Construction * Self-motivated with a proactive approach, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills * Ambitious, with a desire to develop both personally and professionally Why Work With Us: * Competitive salary + performance-related pay * Pension and comprehensive benefits package * Opportunities for professional development and career progression * Work on complex, high-value projects in a supportive environment This is a site-based role with travel required, based in Manchester.
