Our well‑established Leamington Spa law firm is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our supportive and highly regarded team. 🔎 About the Role You’ll take responsibility for a broad and interesting range of residential property matters. Working closely with clients and third parties, you’ll ensure transactions run smoothly from initial instruction through to post‑completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a busy environment, and is passionate about delivering a high-quality service. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing Managing your own caseload of residential property files, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity Shared ownership transactions New build purchases Help to Buy and Right to Buy matters Drafting, reviewing and advising on contracts, title documents and searches Raising and responding to enquiries efficiently Liaising with clients, estate agents, developers, lenders and other solicitors Ensuring all transactions progress in a timely manner, meeting key deadlines Completing matters accurately, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications⭐ What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with confidence A proactive, client-focused approach with strong attention to detail💰 Salary & Benefits £40,000+ salary, depending on experience Genuine opportunities for career development Supportive, friendly team culture Modern offices located in central Leamington Spa Free parking on site
