Architectural Technician  Bristol Up to £45,000 DOE  Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Bristol, who are looking to appoint a motivation and performance driven Architectural Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career, working on high-quality residential & healthcare projects. The role offers exposure across all project stages within a collaborative and supportive studio environment. Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role: • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies • Co-ordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues  • Support planning applications and building control submissions Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role: • Minimum 3 years’ experience within architectural work • Demonstrate UK-based relevant experience across the RIBA design stages • Proven residential sector experience with Education welcomed • Strong technical design ability with a good eye for detail • Proficiency in AutoCAD  • Good graphic and project management skills To express interest, please send your CV to Harley at (url removed), or contact him on (phone number removed)
